What you get: Door leaf only: frame or jamb, hinges, lock and paint are not included unless you add them. Seal or paint all six faces straight after fitting. Doors over 2040 x 820 need 4 hinges or a pivot system.

About the Bushfire BAL19 & BAL29 Doors range
This comprehensive range of doors is specifically designed and manufactured to meet the regulatory requirements for building in designated bushfire zones. Our Bushfire Resistant Doors comply with BAL12.5, BAL19, and BAL29 criteria specified in AS3959.
For BAL compliance, order the door and Bushfire Resistant Frame together. For Bushfire Frame details, refer to Door Systems below.

Good to know
- This range meets the requirements for BAL12.5, BAL19 & BAL29 zones
- Door thickness is 40mm
- We recommend ordering door & frame together to ensure compliance with BAL
- A minimum of 3 x 100mm butt hinges for doors up to 2040x820mm; for doors over this size 4 x 100mm butt hinges are required
- Not recommended for rebated pairs of doors; for pairs of doors use Merbau Mushroom Mould or an Aluminium T-Bar
- Trimming: 3mm from the top, bottom and each stile
- Timber is a natural material; colour, texture and grain variation can occur and are not considered defects
- Cancellations or alterations for made to order doors will only be accepted on the day of ordering
