How it works
- Enter your postcode at checkout. We pick the closest factory for your state (you can choose another one).
- Choose collection. Collecting from the factory is free: we do not add a charge.
- Wait for our "ready" message. The manufacturer makes most doors to order. When your order is ready we email you the factory address and your order reference to quote.
- Collect your order. Quote your order reference at the factory.

Transit damage: The manufacturer's guarantee does not cover damage in transit. Doors must travel flat and protected, so please inspect them at collection or on arrival.
Lead times
Most doors are made to order. The manufacturer states that manufacturing typically takes 3 to 20 business days depending on the complexity of the door, and that glazing, special sizes, veneers and additions such as rebating or vent openings can extend production. We confirm the expected date for your order after it is placed.
Receiving your doors
- Bring help and a suitable vehicle. Doors are heavy: an entrance door can weigh 40kg or more, and doors must be carried and transported flat.
- Check your order at collection or on delivery. The manufacturer requires claims for damage or defects to be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery, so please contact us straight away if anything is wrong.
- Store doors flat, off the ground, in a dry building - never in damp, moist or freshly plastered areas.
Changes and cancellations
Because doors are made to your specification, changes or cancellations to made-to-order doors are only accepted on the day of ordering.
